摘 要 设计了塑料光盘盒的注塑模具。塑件的两个盒面用两个完全弹性铰链连接，有侧凸和侧凹结构。模具采用一模一腔，两个点浇口注射，顶杆顶出，用斜滑杆机构实现内外侧抽芯，回程杆复位。

The design of injection mold of the disk-box
Abstract The design of the injection mold for the disk-box is illustrated in this paper.The two parts of the disk-box are connected by tow 铰链and the box have undercuts.There are only one cavity in this mold and two gates in this runner system. The lifter system is used to form the external undercut and internal undercut.
