摘 要
本次设计主要是利用计算机辅助设计注塑模，分两部分。第一部分是个人设计部分，主要设计注塑模，包括：注射机的选用，动、定模，浇注系统，脱模机构，顶出机构，等设计。第二部分是CAD/CAM部分，主要利用AUTO CAD、CAXA制造工程师来完成。根据圆盒的设计与制造实际情况，采用点浇口进行浇注，工艺简单方便又确保成型件的成型与质量。制品螺纹由滑块成型，由弯鞘进行脱模模具结构紧凑。制品与推块接触面较大而受力均匀。模具结构紧凑，工作安全、可靠。设计时在保证塑件质量的前提下，为降低成本，缩短生产周期，提高生产率，对模具的推出机构，塑件和流道凝料的脱模机构注意理论与实践的统一。

Abstract
This design is mainly using the computer aided design injection mold, is divided into two parts. The first part is a part, the main design injection mold design, including injection machine, dynamic, mould, gating system, the agency demoulding mechanism, design, etc. The second part is the main part of CAD/CAM, AUTO CAD, using CAXA manufacturing engineers to finish. According to the design and manufacture of inclined tee using point for casting process is simple and convenient, and ensure the quality of molding and microstructure. The microstructure and the structure is simple, easy demould device USES push board rod, according to the schedule when open mold effectively determine the size of the agency, ensure rapid stripping the parts. The mould structure compact, work safety and reliability. When the design in order to ensure the quality of plastic parts for cost reduction, premise, shorten the production cycle, increase productivity, and the launch of mould, plastic pieces of material flow and demoulding mechanism of attention to the integration of theory with practice.
