摘要
本次设计主要对娃哈哈纯净水瓶盖注射模的设计,包括方案分析及确定、尺寸计算、模具结构计算等内容。该塑件有内螺纹，需两次分型。故设计中主要解决了分型面的选择，型腔数目的确定，脱模机构的设计.采用了二次脱模机构来脱模，保证塑件能顺利的成型出模.

Abstract
The main design graduate of WaHaHa lid injection mold design,including the analysis of the program and determine、size count、mold design calculations content. The plastic parts within a thread,need twice disport model.Therefore,the design of the project profile for the plastic parts of sub-surface choices,determining the number of cavity,the demoulded mechanism design.Using twice demoulding agencies,Guarantee a smooth plastic parts from the moldel.
