摘要
 拉手注塑模具设计说明书主要阐述了基于CAD技术的塑料拉手注塑模具的设计、制造、及其工艺方案的制定,并且着重介绍了注射加工方法、模具的结构及模具零件的设计制造,用Pro/E软件在对零件进行受力分析,以及运动分析、干涉检查。然后用Pro/E的Manufacture\Mold模块进行模具设计,包括流道及冷却水道设计,部分电极可以在装配块里设计。在此基础上可以很好地控制电极对应零件的位置关系,并利用软件的功能进行干涉检查,可以减少了设计上的失误。
目前模具行业已比较成熟,很多零件日趋标准化,可以直接从市场上购买到,所以本次主要设计项目是零件型腔的设计、制造及其工艺,基于所设计制品结构较复杂,所以将模具设计为一模一腔。在本论文中还对生产工艺方案作了初步分析探讨。

Abstract
The designs of handgrip plastic mold include the design, manufacture and process project of plastic handgrip injected plastic mould. We especially introduce the injecting technique and the design and manufacturing of mould configuration.
   We analyses the force of the work piece and its movement intervene suspect by Pro/E software. Then we contrive the die by the manufacture mold module of Pro/E, including the design of cold channel, and also some design of electrode. So we can control the poison relationship between electrode and its corresponding work piece, so that we could reduce the mistake in the design.
 Recently the mold industry is pretty advanced much accessory are becoming standard. They could be bought from market directly. So the major mission is to design the atrium of the work piece and manufacturing and process. As the production is really complex, we design the mould as one mould and one atrium. In this paper, we also discuss the manufacturing process.
